When you place your order with us, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification verifying your product selection and how your order will be shipped to you. If for some reason there is a problem or issue with the order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We will be happy to take your credit card information over the phone if you are unable to or do not wish to send your credit card information via the web. Please contact our store at 360-671-5523 from 10-6 PST M-Sat or 11-5 Sundays.
You may still use the web to do your shopping, place your items in the shopping cart and proceed to check out as if you were completing your order online. Print out the shopping cart screen and call us with your order. Please have billing and shipping information, along with telephone number and credit card number available when you call.
We accept Visa and Mastercard using our secure server to ensure your privacy and security.
Sales tax will be added to your order only if your packages are being delivered to addresses in the state of California. Any shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.

We gladly accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new and unused condition in its original box with all parts and paperwork to insure proper credit. There is no exception to this policy.
We are unable to accept any returns on any personalized items or personal care items, such as breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories, or undergarments.
Items can be returned to Along Comes A Baby for a full refund less shipping charges. If items are not in unused condition or does not meet return policy guidelines, a refund will not be granted.

Returned items must include original receipt.
Please contact our store within 30 days of receiving items if it is deemed defective. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly. Along Comes A Baby will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.
